About the Founder

TRACY

Tracy spent years inside big tech watching AI move fast while most people were left out of the conversation. The tools were powerful, but the way they were explained made them feel out of reach. She saw the same pattern repeatedly. Smart and capable people were either overwhelmed by AI or using it in the most surface way because no one was breaking it down in a way that made sense.

Before founding That AI Putzing Girl, Tracy worked as an AI Product Design Lead at Google. She began on the early large language model efforts behind Google Assistant in 2023. Her work included product design and conversation design that helped shape model behavior by creating training sets, evaluation sets, reviewer guidance, and scoring systems.

As Google's AI work evolved, she moved into an embedded role at Google DeepMind, designing for Gemini, the flagship multimodal AI model. She is also listed on a Google patent for dynamically generating user interface components with an on-device AI model.

Her background spans product design, multimodal AI, and user experience inside one of the most advanced AI ecosystems in the world. She has always been the one who figures things out, simplifies the complicated pieces, and explains them in a way people can actually use.

Tracy created That AI Putzing Girl for the people who were not in those rooms. The business exists for creators, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and everyday professionals who do not have time to become AI experts but want to use AI to make their work faster, better, and easier.

The company did not come from theory. It came from watching people fall behind, knowing it did not have to stay that way, and deciding to build the resource she wishes existed years ago.

Here, AI is not treated like insider code. It is broken down, made useful, and turned into something real people can actually apply through prompt libraries, trainings, collaborations, and practical content.
