Terms of service

The ground rules for using our site, buying our products, and working with our prompts and courses. Written in plain English.

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by That AI Putzing Girl LLC ("That AI Putzing Girl," "Tracy | That AI Putzing Girl," "thataiputzinggirl", "Putzing Tracy," "Tracy," "we," "us," "our"). By using our website, member portal, or purchasing any digital product or course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

No licensed professional advice

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. We do not employ licensed professionals. Content, prompts, prompt packs, custom prompts, courses, course materials, group chat and community content, examples, and any AI outputs are for education and information. Do not rely on them for decisions that require a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional for those topics.

How our prompts are created

It starts with listening. Requests from customers, comments on social media, and questions in public forums are tracked. These are grouped by user need such as cold outreach, SEO fixes, or product research. High-value ideas move forward based on request frequency, effort to build, and likely results for an entrepreneur, creator, or small team.

First drafts follow the R-CAFE method. Role, context, ask, format, and examples are defined with clear placeholders.

Editing removes anything that slows the model or the reader. Repeats are removed. Vague words are replaced with clear targets. Stacked asks are split into steps. Format is locked so outputs are ready to copy and paste.

Packaging turns a set into a product. Titles, short descriptions, tags, and sample outputs are added for quick scanning.

Prompts are then optimized against the Quality Standards. We iterate until the prompt meets the score cut and matches the format rules.

Quality standards used on every prompt

Single-shot best practices are built in. Instructions are explicit. Output format is fixed. Placeholders make sense.
Grading uses a strict rubric. Only prompts that meet the score cut ship.
Ongoing updates reflect customer results, platform changes, and support findings.

The single-shot grading rubric

Each prompt is graded on a 1 to 10 scale. The goal is to predict how well the prompt meets its objective in one message.

Role. The model is cast in a clear role with authority for the task.
Context. Inputs, facts, and constraints are present. Placeholders are provided that a single shot can use.
Ask. One action in one sentence, scoped and concrete.
Format. A checkable structure is required. For example a table with fixed columns or JSON with named keys.

Alignment to objective and constraints. 0 to 4.

Output directly achieves the stated objective in one run. Matches any length, tone, audience, and field rules.

Single-shot feasibility with filled placeholders. 0 to 2.

Works when placeholders have reasonable values. No hidden steps or back and forth needed.

Hallucination and ambiguity risk. 0 to 2 with subtraction for higher risk.

Minimizes undefined terms and unverifiable claims. Avoids open-ended branches that drift from the task.

Scoring rules

Total raw score 0 to 10. Round to the nearest integer. Clamp to 1 to 10. If either the prompt or the prompt objective is missing, the grade is 1. Output is a single integer only.

Placeholder policy

Any ALL CAPS token inside square brackets, such as [AUDIENCE] or [KPI 1 Name], is treated as if it has a specific, correct, and reasonable value at run time. No point deductions for using placeholders. Points are deducted if the prompt would still be unclear or incomplete after values are filled.

Reliability across scenarios. Works for several industries or budgets.
Speed. Reasonable token use and fast responses.
Editability. Easy to tweak tone, length, and audience without breaking the structure.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or purchase products. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User representations

By using the site you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, you will not use automated or non-human means to access the site, you will not use the site for an unlawful purpose, and your use will comply with all laws and rules that apply to you.

Privacy

Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

Accounts and security

You may need an account to access purchases or member areas. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk.

Products and availability

Digital products, courses, and services are subject to change. We may add, pause, or discontinue products and features at any time.

Brand partnerships and sponsored content

Brand partnerships, sponsored content, keynote engagements, and other custom services are governed by individual contracts between us and the brand. These Terms do not apply to those engagements except where explicitly incorporated in writing. If an individual contract conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the individual contract govern that engagement.

Purchases and billing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Taxes may apply based on your location. All payments are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information and to update it as needed. We process payments through third-party providers and your purchase is also subject to their terms. We may correct pricing or description errors even after an order is submitted. We may limit or cancel orders that in our judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or bulk purchasers. Access to digital products and courses begins when payment is confirmed.

One-time purchases only. All products are sold as a single purchase. There are no recurring charges and no renewing plans. Since purchases are one-time, there is no cancel action for a plan. Refunds, if eligible, are handled by our Refund Policy.

Custom prompt requests

Custom Prompt Requests are individual prompt creation services designed for personal or consumer use. By submitting a Custom Prompt Request form and payment, you agree to the following:

Response time. You will receive your custom prompt within 3 business days of form submission.

Cost and iterations. The fee at checkout covers one custom prompt with zero iterations. Each new version, revision, or optimization round requires a new order.

Scope. Custom Prompt Requests are not available for business, enterprise, or large-scale prompt engineering projects such as automations, system prompts, AI integrations, or multi-agent workflows.

Ownership and use. You may use the delivered prompt for your own personal or professional work. This license does not include resale, redistribution, or training use.

Submission quality. Your submitted details directly affect the quality of your result. Vague or incomplete requests may produce general outputs.

Refunds. Refunds follow the same policy as our digital products and prompt packs.

AI processing. We may use your submission content, including form responses, to send to an AI model for the purpose of shaping and generating your final prompt.

Topic limits. Do not request legal pleadings, medical treatment plans, diagnosis, investment advice, or similar licensed work.

Professional review. If your request touches a regulated area, you agree to obtain review and approval from a qualified professional before any use.

Refunds for digital products and courses

Our Refund Policy applies to the Mega Prompt Pack, courses, and other digital products and services. See the full Refund Policy for details and eligibility.

License to use digital products and courses

When you purchase a digital product or course, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own work or your internal business use. You agree that you will not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the content. You will not post the content or substantial portions publicly. You will not share account logins or member portal access with others. You will not use automated tools to scrape or bulk copy the content or member portal. You will not claim the content as your original work or use it to build a competing product or course that is a close substitute. Team or client work needs one license per end user unless a separate written license says otherwise.

Course communities

Course purchases may include access to a group chat or community inside the member portal. By joining you agree to:

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, threats, spam, or unlawful content.
Keep other members' posts and information confidential. Do not share, screenshot, or redistribute content posted by other students outside the community.
Use the community for its intended purpose: learning and discussion related to the course.

We may moderate, warn, remove posts, or remove members who violate these rules. Removal from a course community does not entitle you to a refund. Your access to the paid course materials continues even if community access is revoked.

AI and model use notice

Our products and site may involve prompts and instructions for use with third-party AI models. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Results vary based on the model, settings, data, and your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use. Do not use outputs for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other decisions that require a licensed professional without first consulting a qualified professional. We are not a law firm, medical practice, financial advisor, or any other licensed service.

Educational and informational use

All content and deliverables are for education and information. They are not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice. You are responsible for your use and for compliance with laws that apply to you.

No licensed services and no professional client relationship

Buying or using our products or services does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship. We do not provide professional services that require a license. Do not share facts that would require legal, medical, financial, or similar advice. If you choose to act on AI outputs without professional review, you accept all risk.

Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You agree not to do any of the following.

Violate any law or infringe rights of others.
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Interfere with the site's operation or security.
Upload malware or exploit vulnerabilities.
Use automated bots or scrapers to mine, copy, or overload the site or member portal.
Remove proprietary notices or attempt to bypass access controls.
Frame or mirror the site without written permission.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content or submissions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble site software except as allowed by law.
Use our content to deliver legal, medical, financial, or other licensed services unless a qualified professional reviews and approves the final work.

Intellectual property

All site content, product files, course materials, text, graphics, logos, and compilations are owned by That AI Putzing Girl or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license in these Terms. Our names, logos, product names, and designs are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

You will not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or redistribute our content or any substantial portion of it. You will not use automated tools to scrape or bulk copy the site or the member portal. You will not use our content to build a competing product or course that is a close substitute. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on our site or member portal infringes your copyright, email support@thataiputzinggirl.com and include:

Your contact details
A description of the work you claim is infringed
The exact location of the material on our site or member portal
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the work or authorized to act for the owner

We may remove or disable access to the reported material and may terminate repeat infringers.

Name, image, likeness, voice, and brand

You agree that you will not, and will not allow others to:

Use Tracy's name, image, photograph, likeness, voice, voice recordings, video recordings, biographical information, or any substantial portion of them for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Use any of the foregoing, or any content published by us, to train, fine-tune, or validate any machine learning model, generative AI system, voice model, image model, or video model, whether for public release or private use, without our prior written consent.
Create, generate, publish, or distribute AI-generated, synthesized, edited, or deepfake content that depicts, imitates, mimics, or is designed to resemble Tracy's face, voice, likeness, identity, persona, or brand.
Impersonate Tracy, That AI Putzing Girl, or any of our personas, including through voice cloning, voice impersonation, face swapping, or synthetic media, or create accounts, content, products, or services that falsely suggest an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with us.
Use our trademarks, logos, brand name, visual identity, or any confusingly similar variations in connection with AI-generated content, AI characters, products, services, or accounts.

Brief commentary, criticism, journalism, or educational references to our publicly posted content are permitted as fair use under applicable law. Any other use requires our prior written consent and, where applicable, a separate license agreement.

Violations may result in account termination, takedown notices under applicable law (including the DMCA and state right-of-publicity laws), and legal action to recover damages and injunctive relief. Unauthorized use of Tracy's name, image, likeness, voice, or brand for AI training, AI-generated content, or impersonation may also violate state right-of-publicity laws, federal trademark law, and these Terms.

User content and feedback

If you send ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them for any lawful purpose without payment to you. We will not treat feedback as confidential unless we agree in writing.

If you upload or transmit content to us that is not feedback, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and use that content to provide the site and services to you and to improve quality and support. Do not include personal or sensitive data.

Third-party links and content

We may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, analytics, email providers, or AI platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies. Review their terms before use. Any purchases you make through a third party are between you and that third party.

Advertising and sponsored content

Our site and emails, including our newsletter, may include advertising or sponsored content from third parties. We label paid or sponsored placements as such. Ads and sponsored content are not endorsements or recommendations, and we are not responsible for third-party products, services, offers, or claims. Any purchase or dealing you have with an advertiser or sponsor is solely between you and that third party. We may add, change, or remove advertising at any time.

Services management

We may monitor the site for violations of these Terms. We may restrict or disable access to content that violates these Terms. We may remove files or content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems. We may take reasonable steps to protect our rights and to keep the site functioning.

Availability and modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or content at any time. We are not liable if the site is unavailable for any period.

Corrections

Information on the site may contain errors or omissions, including descriptions and pricing. We may correct any errors or update information at any time.

No guarantees

We do not promise any particular results from using our prompts, courses, or products. Success depends on your inputs, context, and tools.

Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that any output will achieve a result in the real world. We do not warrant any outcome from legal, medical, financial, or similar use cases.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages. We will not be liable for harms that result from reliance on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated decisions. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim, or one thousand dollars if the claim does not relate to a purchase. Some places do not allow limits on liability for certain damages. Your rights may vary.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold That AI Putzing Girl and our members, employees, and contractors harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of rights of others. You also agree to indemnify us for claims that arise from your use of AI outputs in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated contexts without review by a qualified professional.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or member portal for any violation of these Terms. On termination your license ends and you must stop using and destroy copies of product files that were not backed by an active license or that were refunded. If we terminate or suspend your account, you agree not to register a new account without our written permission.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. Examples include outages, attacks, changes by third-party providers, natural events, government actions, or AI service disruptions or policy changes by third-party AI providers (for example, changes to model availability, rate limits, or terms of service).

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas, unless we both agree to another forum. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent allowed by law. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class action. If you prefer binding arbitration, tell us in writing within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a simple mutual arbitration addendum with a Texas venue and a single arbitrator. Each side pays its own fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.

Electronic communications and signatures

Visiting the site, sending us emails, and completing online forms are electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records, and to electronic delivery of notices and records for transactions with us.

User data

We maintain certain data to operate the site and services as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any data you upload or store. We are not liable for loss or corruption of such data.

International use

We operate from the United States. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you use the site. We do not represent that the content is appropriate outside the United States.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms at checkout are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and digital products. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect. No waiver is a continuing waiver. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the new version here with a new Last updated date. Changes apply on posting. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms. Check this page from time to time.
