These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by That AI Putzing Girl LLC (“That AI Putzing Girl,” “Tracy | That AI Putzing Girl,” “Putzing Tracy,” "Tracy," “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, content portal, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

No Licensed Professional Advice

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. We do not employ licensed professionals. Content, prompts, prompt packs, custom prompts, examples, and any AI outputs are for education and information. Do not rely on them for decisions that require a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional for those topics.

How Our Prompts Are Created

It starts with listening. Requests from customers, comments on social media, and questions in public forums are tracked. These are grouped by user need such as cold outreach, SEO fixes, or product research. High value ideas move forward based on request frequency, effort to build, and likely results for an entrepreneur, creator, or small team.

First drafts follow the R-CAFE method. Role, context, ask, format, and examples are defined with clear placeholders.

Editing removes anything that slows the model or the reader. Repeats are removed. Vague words are replaced with clear targets. Stacked asks are split into steps. Format is locked so outputs are ready to copy and paste.

Packaging turns a set into a product. Titles, short descriptions, tags, and sample outputs are added for quick scanning.

Prompts are then optimized against the Quality Standards. We iterate until the prompt meets the score cut and matches the format rules.

Quality Standards Used On Every Prompt

Single shot best practices are built in. Instructions are explicit. Output format is fixed. Placeholders make sense.
Grading uses a strict rubric. Only prompts that meet the score cut ship.

The Single Shot Grading Rubric

Each prompt is graded on a 1 to 10 scale. The goal is to predict how well the prompt meets its objective in one message.

R-CAFE coverage and clarity. 0 to 2 total.
Role. The model is cast in a clear role with authority for the task.
Context. Inputs, facts, and constraints are present. Placeholders are provided that a single shot can use.
Ask. One action in one sentence, scoped and concrete.
Format. A checkable structure is required. For example a table with fixed columns or JSON with named keys.
Alignment to objective and constraints. 0 to 4.
Output directly achieves the stated objective in one run. Matches any length, tone, audience, and field rules.
Single shot feasibility with filled placeholders. 0 to 2.
Works when placeholders have reasonable values. No hidden steps or back and forth needed.
Hallucination and ambiguity risk. 0 to 2 with subtraction for higher risk.
Minimizes undefined terms and unverifiable claims. Avoids open ended branches that drift from the task.

Scoring rules. Total raw score 0 to 10. Round to the nearest integer. Clamp to 1 to 10. If either the prompt or the prompt objective is missing, the grade is 1. Output is a single integer only.

Placeholder Policy

Any ALL CAPS token inside square brackets, such as [AUDIENCE] or [KPI 1 Name], is treated as if it has a specific, correct, and reasonable value at run time. No point deductions for using placeholders. Points are deducted if the prompt would still be unclear or incomplete after values are filled.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or purchase products. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Representations

By using the site you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, you will not use automated or non human means to access the site, you will not use the site for an unlawful purpose, and your use will comply with all laws and rules that apply to you.

Privacy

Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

Accounts and Security

You may need an account to access purchases or member areas. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk.

Products and Availability

Digital products and services are subject to change. We may add, pause, or discontinue products and features at any time.

Purchases and Billing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Taxes may apply based on your location. All payments are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information and to update it as needed. We process payments through third party providers and your purchase is also subject to their terms. We may correct pricing or description errors even after an order is submitted. We may limit or cancel orders that in our judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or bulk purchasers. Access to digital products begins when payment is confirmed.

One time purchases only. All products are sold as a single purchase. There are no recurring charges and no renewing plans. Since purchases are one time, there is no cancel action for a plan. Refunds, if eligible, are handled by our Refund Policy.

Custom Prompt Requests

Custom Prompt Requests are individual prompt creation services designed for personal or consumer use.
By submitting a Custom Prompt Request form and payment, you agree to the following:

Response time: You will receive your custom prompt within 3 business days of form submission.
Cost and iterations: The fee at checkout covers one custom prompt with zero iterations. Each new version, revision, or optimization round requires a new order.
Scope: Custom Prompt Requests are not available for business, enterprise, or large scale prompt engineering projects such as automations, system prompts, AI integrations, or multi agent workflows.
Ownership and use: You may use the delivered prompt for your own personal or professional work. This license does not include resale, redistribution, or training use.
Submission quality: Your submitted details directly affect the quality of your result. Vague or incomplete requests may produce general outputs.
Refunds: Refunds follow the same policy as our digital products and prompt packs.
AI processing: We may use your submission content, including form responses, to send to an AI model for the purpose of shaping and generating your final prompt.
Topic limits: Do not request legal pleadings, medical treatment plans, diagnosis, investment advice, or similar licensed work.
Professional review: If your request touches a regulated area, you agree to obtain review and approval from a qualified professional before any use.

Refunds for Digital Products

License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own work or your internal business use. You agree that you will not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the content. You will not post the content or substantial portions publicly. You will not use automated tools to scrape or bulk copy the content or portal. You will not claim the content as your original work or use it to build a competing product that is a close substitute. Team or client work needs one license per end user unless a separate written license says otherwise.

AI and Model Use Notice

Our products and site may involve prompts and instructions for use with third party AI models. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Results vary based on the model, settings, data, and your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use. Do not use outputs for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other decisions that require a licensed professional without first consulting a qualified professional. We are not a law firm, medical practice, financial advisor, or any other licensed service.

Educational and Informational Use

All content and deliverables are for education and information. They are not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice. You are responsible for your use and for compliance with laws that apply to you.

No Licensed Services and No Professional Client Relationship

Buying or using our products or services does not create an attorney client, doctor patient, therapist client, accountant client, or other professional relationship. We do not provide professional services that require a license. Do not share facts that would require legal, medical, financial, or similar advice. If you choose to act on AI outputs without professional review, you accept all risk.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to do any of the following.

Violate any law or infringe rights of others.
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Interfere with the site’s operation or security.
Upload malware or exploit vulnerabilities.
Use automated bots or scrapers to mine, copy, or overload the site or portal.
Remove proprietary notices or attempt to bypass access controls.
Frame or mirror the site without written permission.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content or submissions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble site software except as allowed by law.
Use our content to deliver legal, medical, financial, or other licensed services unless a qualified professional reviews and approves the final work.

Intellectual Property

You grant us a worldwide, royalty free license to host, copy, and use that content to provide the site and services to you and to improve quality and support. Do not include personal or sensitive data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if the claim does not relate to a purchase. Some places do not allow limits on liability for certain damages. Your rights may vary.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold That AI Putzing Girl and our members, employees, and contractors harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of rights of others. You also agree to indemnify us for claims that arise from your use of AI outputs in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated contexts without review by a qualified professional.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or portal for any violation of these Terms. On termination your license ends and you must stop using and destroy copies of product files that were not backed by an active license or that were refunded. If we terminate or suspend your account, you agree not to register a new account without our written permission.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. Examples include outages, attacks, changes by third party providers, natural events, or government actions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas, unless we both agree to another forum. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent allowed by law. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class action. If you prefer binding arbitration, tell us in writing within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a simple mutual arbitration addendum with a Texas venue and a single arbitrator. Each side pays its own fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

Visiting the site, sending us emails, and completing online forms are electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
