Refund policy

For digital products purchased from That AI Putzing Girl LLC. Seven-day window, clear criteria, one fair review.

Scope

This policy applies to digital products only. Examples include the Mega Prompt Pack, individual prompt packs, custom prompt requests, courses, and downloadable files. This policy does not apply to physical items, shipping, or brand partnerships and sponsored content, which are governed by individual contracts.

About product quality

​We publish our product creation and review process in our Terms of Service and FAQ so buyers can understand how our prompts and courses are built and maintained. This information explains our methods and review steps. It does not create a promise of results or change the refund terms in this policy.

When a digital product is considered "consumed"

A digital product is considered consumed once it has been accessed or downloaded, or once you have signed in to the member portal linked to that purchase. For courses, this also includes joining the course group chat or community. Consumed products are usually not eligible for a refund except under the limited review process below.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

i. Before access

If you have not accessed or downloaded the product files and have not signed in to the member portal, you can receive a full refund within 7 days.

ii. After access

Digital products are information goods. They are usually not refundable once accessed or downloaded. We make one exception within the 7-day window to support genuine use and to help us improve.

You can request a review for a refund if all of the following are true:

  • You tried the product in good faith.

  • You did not get a useful result.

  • You can show a different prompt set that gave you a better result.

 

To qualify, include:

  • Three examples of your inputs, the exact product prompt you used, and the model used. For example GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 2.0.

  • The three raw outputs you received from our product.

  • One other prompt set that worked better for you. Provide a link or receipt, plus your input and the output from that set.

  • Your order email and order number.

 

We review within 2 business days. We will approve either a full refund or a store credit at our discretion. Refund review does not cover use cases that require a licensed professional or any claim based on real-world outcomes.

iii. After access: Courses

Courses follow the same 7-day window but require different review materials since courses aren't prompt-driven. To request a review-based refund after accessing course content, include:

  • Which lessons you completed.

  • What you were trying to achieve and the result you got.

  • Where the course failed to deliver on what was promised.

  • Your order email and order number.

 

We review within 2 business days. We will approve either a full refund or a store credit at our discretion.

Custom prompt requests

Custom prompts are bespoke work made to your brief. Once the brief has been accepted and writing has started, the order is not refundable.

 

Refunds are available if:

  • The brief has not been accepted yet, or

  • Tracy is unable to complete your custom prompt for any reason.

 

Custom prompt orders cover one final prompt with zero iterations. Additional versions or revisions require a new order.

No refunds for outcomes based on AI advice

We do not offer refunds when a buyer acts on AI outputs or advice and does not achieve a desired result in real life. This includes legal strategies, medical or wellness plans, financial decisions, marketing results, hiring outcomes, or similar decisions. AI outputs require expert review and your judgment.

Exchanges and access issues

We do not exchange digital products for other items. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, contact support@thataiputzinggirl.com right away so we can help you regain access.

What is not eligible

  • Requests submitted after 7 days.

  • Claims without the items listed above.

  • Edited or cropped outputs that remove context.

  • Change of mind after download or access.

  • Items bought as part of a site-wide bundle or final sale offer.

  • Chargebacks filed before our review is complete.

  • Requests based on real-world outcomes that did not occur after you followed AI outputs.

  • Requests where the product was used to create legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Store credit and one-time courtesy

If you do not meet the review criteria or you miss the 7-day window, we may offer a one-time store credit for the full amount. This is at our discretion.

How to request

Email support@thataiputzinggirl.com with the subject line "Refund request." Include the items listed above. We process approved refunds to the original payment method.

 

Approved refunds are issued for the amount actually paid, including any discounts or referral credits applied at checkout.

Abuse

We may deny refunds for repeated requests, suspected sharing or resale of content, or signs of automated scraping or bulk copying.

Data privacy

Remove personal or client data before you share screenshots. We may retain anonymized examples to improve our products. We may reject refund requests that include sensitive client data.

Customers in the European Union

You may have a right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days. When you buy a digital product from us, you will be asked to give express consent to receive the content immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins. If you do not give consent, we will not provide access until the 14-day period ends.

If you have not accessed or downloaded the product and you did not give the consent described above, you can withdraw within 14 days. Contact support@thataiputzinggirl.com to start that process.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new Last updated date. Changes apply on posting. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
