How Our Prompts Are Created
It starts with listening. Requests from customers, comments on social media, and questions in public forums are tracked. These are grouped by user need such as cold outreach, SEO fixes, or product research. High value ideas move forward based on request frequency, effort to build, and likely results for an entrepreneur, creator, or small team.
First drafts follow the R-CAFE method with role, context, ask, format, and examples. Placeholders are clear.
Editing removes repeats and vague words, splits stacked asks into steps, and locks format so outputs are ready to copy and paste. Packaging adds titles, short descriptions, tags, and sample outputs.
Prompts are then optimized against the Quality Standards. We iterate until the prompt meets the score cut and matches the format rules.
Quality Standards and Grading
-
Single shot best practices are applied. Instructions are explicit. Output format is fixed. Placeholders make sense.
-
A strict rubric grades each prompt from 1 to 10 to predict one message performance. We ship only prompts that meet the score cut.
-
Ongoing updates reflect customer results, platform changes, and support findings.
Data Sources Involved
We use aggregate signals from customer requests and public comments to decide what to build. We also use anonymous usage patterns where available to improve clarity and outcomes. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models for public release.
Who this policy covers
Visitors, subscribers, and customers who use the Website. People who buy digital products such as prompts. People who contact us, join our email list, or interact with our ads. This policy does not cover websites or services we do not control.

The Website is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we collected data from a child, email support@thataiputzinggirl.com and we will delete it. California residents under 16 will not be targeted for cross site advertising without opt in.

AI specific information
Prompts and content you submit
If you paste or upload text to our forms or tools, we process that text to deliver the requested result and to improve quality and support. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Model training and providers
We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models for public release. We use third party AI services to process your requests when needed. Where controls exist, we select settings that opt out of training. Custom Prompt Requests may involve third party AI providers to structure and generate prompt text. We configure these services to opt out of model training when controls are available. You can email us to request deletion of submitted prompt content that we control.
Payments and fraud prevention
We sell digital products. Payments on our checkout are processed securely by payment providers connected to our Wix site (for example, Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, or PayPal Pay Later). Those providers receive the payment card or bank details needed to complete the transaction.
For standard checkout payments, we do not receive or store your full card number, security code (CVV), or full bank account number. In our Wix dashboard, we can access order and payment records that may include customer name, email, phone number, billing address, what was purchased, payment status, and transaction identifiers (for example, payment ID and transaction ID). Wix may also show credit card details tied to the payment record, which commonly means limited details such as card brand and last four digits.
Example: an order record may show “Visa ending in 1234,” a transaction ID, the billing ZIP code, and whether the payment was successful, refunded, or charged back.
We use this information to process and deliver your purchase, send receipts and support messages, manage refunds, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Manual card entry and saved cards (only if used)
Wix can support manual card entry or charging a saved card on file through certain providers and settings. If we ever accept payment this way (for example, by entering card details you provide), we use the card details only to submit the payment, and we do not store the card details after the payment is processed. We still retain the related order and transaction record described above.
Cookies, pixels, and Global Privacy Control
We use cookies and similar tech to run sessions, remember choices, improve performance, measure email and ad results, and personalize marketing. You can manage cookies through our banner and your browser settings. Some features may not work without cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of selling or sharing your personal information for cross site targeted ads where the law requires it.
Analytics, ads, and social tools
We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel. We may use email tools such as ConvertKit or Mailchimp. We may use ecommerce and link tools such as Wix Studio, Stan Store, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. These partners may set their own cookies. Use their settings and industry opt out pages. You can also use our cookie banner and the Do Not Sell or Share link.
Email communications
When you provide your email address, for example when creating an account, completing checkout, downloading a free product, signing up for the newsletter, or submitting your email through our Stan Store pages or social media forms, we use it to send you transactional emails related to your account and orders. This can include receipts, access or delivery links, account notices, and support replies.
Where you have opted in, we also send marketing emails about products, services, and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Transactional emails are tied to your account or purchase, so they may continue while you have an account or active order history. For help, email support@thataiputzinggirl.com.
How to view or edit your information
You can view or edit most personal information in My Account in the member portal, including name, email, password, and saved preferences. Changes take effect for future use. Past order records remain for tax and accounting. To request account deletion or correction we cannot complete in My Account, email support@thataiputzinggirl.com.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate the Website and deliver products, including website hosting and ecommerce platform services (Wix), payments, cloud storage, security, analytics, email delivery, link tracking, file delivery, and advertising partners where enabled. Wix, as our platform provider, processes personal data on our behalf to run the site, checkout, and member features.
We may share information with contractors that support operations. We may share information with successors in the event of a merger or sale. We may share information with authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out as described below.

Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. We also keep records needed for tax and accounting laws. Order records and payment evidence are kept for up to 7 years in line with common tax rules. We remove or anonymize prompt submissions that contain sensitive data when identified.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is fully secure. Please use care when sharing information online.
