    2. The three raw outputs you received from our product.

    3. One other prompt set that gave you a better result with the same or similar input. Include a link or receipt, your input, and that output.

    4. Your order email and your order number.

    We review within 2 business days. We may approve a full refund or a store credit after review.

    What is not eligible for a refund?
    Requests after 7 days. Requests without the required items. Edited or cropped outputs that remove context. Change of mind after access. Items bought as a final sale offer. Chargebacks filed before our review is complete.
